MISSION SUNDAY: this weekend we reflect on how we are all missioned, due to our baptism, to embark on what Pope Francis calls a“tireless going out to all men and women, to invite them to encounter God,”like Jesus the Good Shepherd who went looking for the lost sheep. This mission of ours has nothing to do with geography. It can be done in Dolly’s, at the mart, at school, at work, just acting and speaking in a way that Jesus would want us to, giving others hope that love and kindness and goodness exist and have a name: Jesus.
NEW DIOCESAN ADVISORS FOR CATHOLIC PRIMARY SCHOOLS have been appointed, in accord with Bishop Michael’s wish to deepen the religious education dimension of our schools. See more information on leaflets.
VOCATIONS SOCIETY OF ST. JOSEPH wish to say thank you for your kind contributions of €918.
NORTH CLARE HISTORICAL SOCIETY: Land revolution; Clare in 1923, by Terry Dunne. Courthouse Gallery, Ennistymon, Monday, October 21st at 8pm.
